It’s pretty obvious when browsing Custo Barcelona pieces that the brand was launched in the early 80s. Bold prints and bright graphics are decorated with sparkles and shiny embellishments. Before starting to design the line, the brothers Custo and David took a trip around the world. Of all the countries they visited, it was laidback California fashion that they really took a liking too, from the surfers of SoCal to the hippies of NorCal. Now they design fashion that reflects these styles, while staying true to the pomp-and-circumstance of the extravagant Me Decade.
